Commonwealth Smoothie is the newest Shelbyville business to open their doors. It is located at 998 Brooks Industrial Road, next to Bourbon Barrel Cross Fit. I stopped by to check it out and grab one of their healthy drinks. I decided to go with the #4 Hawaiian Berry Bear Crawl. It was so delicious and refreshing! The taste and price was very comparable to other smoothie shops I frequent when in Louisville. So glad we have a local smoothie shop- shop small, shop local, shop Shelby!
I must admit, I was a little hesitant to go in at first because I thought it was mainly for people working out next door or those needing supplements, but the workers were very friendly and welcoming. They really took the time to talk to me about the different drink choices- and they said they are working on more drink combinations to add to their menu before their grand opening in a few weeks! Today they added strawberry-mango...mmmmm! I will definitely be back- soon!
Their grand opening is set for April 1, but you can go on and stop by today!
