Gogh Crazy: A new painting place in Shelbyville

photo gogh_zpse8cj3jt0.jpgThere is a new studio coming to Main Street and it looks like it's going to be great! The name is Gogh Crazy.

They are having a grand opening event on February 4th from 2-5 p.m. and we recommend checking it out - it's always a good idea to support new businesses and help them get going.

They will have live music, giveaways and vendors.

Click for the Facebook event in case you want to stat informed.

It looks like this is going to be a great gathering places for Shelby County friends to enjoy time together through art - opportunities for children and adults. They will even have studio time for kids to just come and paint and pick from a variety of activities and you pay hourly.  They have so many events listed here - we hope that you will go support this new business.

Gogh Crazy will also be sharing their space with other artisans so you can shop and learn about other vendors. For example, Bluegrass Bubbles will be a part of the space.

If this painting is any indication of what they have planned, I am so there!

Party with us at House of Boom this weekend

Attention readers!  Our mother-ship, LouisvilleFamilyFun.net is having a party to celebrate seven years of fun finding and is inviting everyone.  It's just down the road in Middletown, bring the family for a really good time. If you haven't been to House of Boom yet,  this is the time because for less than the normal fee for jumping at House of Boom (trampoline park), you get an hour of jumping, food, drink, ice cream and multiple activities from crafts to a photo booth. Such a great deal.

And, where does that money go?  100% of it goes to Big brothers Big Sisters (kids in Shelby County too!) so that kids who want one can have a caring mentor in their lives to experience FUN together!

SUNDAY
JANUARY 22nd 2-7pm
House of Boom
4 jump times to choose from*
Additional activities and food included!
LouFamFun 7th BIRTHDAY PARTY

*Tickets should be purchased in advance. If it is not sold out, some tickets can be purchased at the door but cannot be guaranteed and registration will take longer.
